Two Quilting Tools

I’m Absolutely Loving Right Now

SEWINGCRAFTING

Lately I’ve added a couple of new tools to my quilting space, and honestly, they’ve made sewing days so much more enjoyable. Sometimes it’s the little upgrades that make the biggest difference!

The first is the Panasonic Compact Cordless Steam Iron. I didn’t realize how much I would appreciate a cordless iron until I started using one regularly. No cord dragging across the quilt, no awkward twisting while pressing seams, and it feels much lighter and easier to maneuver during long quilting sessions. It heats quickly and makes pressing blocks and seams surprisingly smooth and relaxing.

The second tool I’ve fallen in love with is the Gypsy Quilter Position and Press Silicone Tools. These little silicone tools are incredibly handy for holding tiny pieces while pressing without burning fingertips. They grip fabric nicely and help keep everything flat and accurate — especially when working with small quilt blocks, corners, and detailed piecing.

It’s funny how simple tools can make quilting feel easier, faster, and even more creative. Both of these additions have quickly become permanent favorites in my sewing room, and now I find myself reaching for them during every project.

If you love quilting gadgets that save time and reduce frustration, these are definitely worth trying!
